Education: Our basic, Education membership is free. You will be provided with access to our library of online video courses. Our library includes over 50 videos from therapists who address topics like relationships, infidelity, betrayal trauma, sexually based addiction, and emotional regulation. You will be able schedule on-demand therapy appointments with our therapists. Online, in-person, individual, couple, or group therapy options are available. All of our therapists are licensed and specifically trained to treat infidelity, betrayal trauma, and sexually based addictions.

Coaching: Receive one-on-one coaching with one of our trained and certified Bloom coaches. Our coaches will work to help you understand your situation and develop a detailed, customized plan for you to work through. They will help you set goals and provide accountability to make sure you're moving forward and experiencing the healing you're in need of. Be prepared to work hard, explore, practice, and learn.

Yes, you're able to move between subscription levels at any time to create the experience you feel will best aid your healing and recovery.

You can cancel anytime. You can cancel by sending a cancelation request or by logging into your account and going to the billing section in your profile.

If you cancel for any reason, coming back is easy. All you need to do is log back into your account and reactive your membership under your profile. Your information will be just as you left it ready to start where you left off.

No, it is not. Our online video courses are completely educational, based on the best available research. However, for those who are looking for more support Bloom does offer specialized therapy through our curated network of qualified therapists. When available, we encourage people seeking therapeutic advice to connect with a counselor or other professional. Many individuals who are working with a therapist use Bloom as a complementary tool for their overall healing.

Coaches and therapists serve very different roles.

Our therapists are trained to help their clients understand, process, and heal from complex trauma, addiction, emotional, and attachment issues. All of the therapists in our network are licensed and have been personally trained by our clinical team. We require an additional 12 weeks of training to become certified to work with our clients.

All of our coaches are women who have been where you are. They've been through our program, worked their own recovery, and have completed an 8 week training by our clinical staff.

Bloom focuses on treating the trauma resulting from sexual betrayal. When trust and safety are broken through infidelity, the reaction is manifested in characteristics aligned with PTSD; namely depression, anxiety, flashbacks, recurrent nightmares, and avoidance of reminders of the event. We combine our clinically validated trauma research with proven therapeutic trauma recovery processes to restore peace, calm, and safety.

Yes, all of our therapists are trained and understand how to work with spouses and parters. Whether it's working on the relationship or issues with sexually based addictions our therapists are qualified to provide the help that is needed.

Additionally, spouses and partners are welcome to watch any of the videos courses on Bloom.

Bloom offers industry standard data security protections. We will not share any user information. All we need to get you started is a working email address. You can use a pseudonym if you prefer. The username you create upon signing up also doesn’t have to identify you in any way and will be the only way the community will see you.
