With trauma, we find ourselves asking “What should I do? What should I do?” In this yoga class, you’ll learn three steps in order to find presence to make a healthy decision. The first is feel the ground beneath you. We practice this over and over and over again. Second is to soften your body, where can you let go, or can you give more to the earth in order to open your body for breath. Because that’s the third step, it’s breathing.
