So this next question says I can work through all of the thoughts of feeling whole, feeling loved, feeling peace. How do I work on feeling important? What I want to tell you about that is, as you focus on your relationship with yourself and you make yourself important, then you’re able to have that belief ‘I am important’ be true. So it’s you making yourself a priority. You choosing you. It is important for me today that I rest, it is important for me today that I move. You prioritizing yourself is what will reaffirm the belief that you are important. So, I love that you can say, I feel whole, loved, peaceful, and the way that you feel important is by continuing to invest in showing up for yourself.
