Rebuild Your Relationship is most effective when both partners are actively participating.

For the deepest healing experience possible, your partner can join Path!

You can rebuild your relationship and feel connected again.

Healthy relationships are learned. They're experienced and observed through the examples around us. We especially struggle in relationships when we haven't been surrounded by good examples.

Add in betrayal, addiction, and trauma, and relationships get even more complicated.

When it comes to healing and recovery after betrayal, there's a difference between succeeding in individual recovery and succeeding in our relationship. One doesn't necessarily lead to another. While we may be healing individually, our relationship may still be stuck. This is why we created Rebuild Your Relationship – to help you and your partner get "unstuck" and feel connected again.

Dr. Kevin Skinner
LMFT | EMDR | CSAT-S

Dr. Kevin Skinner is a leader and authority on sexually compulsive behavior, infidelity and trauma from sexual betrayal. He's a core faculty member of IITAP (International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals) and Clinical Director and Co-Founder of Addo Recovery, a nationally sought out therapy brand that helps individuals and family with sexually compulsive behavior, infidelity and sexual trauma. In addition, he's the Clinical Director, main online course provider and Co-
Founder of Bloom.

Dr. Skinner's methods are based on his own research stemming from more than 250,000 assessments and over 20 years experience. Over the last 15 years he's researched how sexual betrayal creates PTSD-like symptoms in the betrayed spouse.

Karen Strange
LMFT | EMDR| CSAT | Sex Therapist

One of the foundational facets of Karen's work is the belief that we are meant to live a life of wholeness and purpose. This design can be marred by traumas, lies, and addictions, and we can easily find ourselves stuck in a pattern of unhealthy behaviors and a pale reflection of who we were meant to be.

As a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, Karen's goal is to help individuals find healing, health, and wholeness in their relationships with themselves and others. Her goal is to help her clients discover their authentic selves as they seek to heal and grow.

Thank you so much for this class! My husband and I have learned so much! We have a very long road ahead of us, but your classes have helped us have a direction to head in.

What is the experience like?

Over 12 weeks and 36 lessons, Dr. Kevin Skinner and Karen Strange will offer you the tools you need to create lasting change in your relationship. The framework is all there, but the work is up to you. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

Each week you will be assigned three short instructional videos. Each video includes practical prompts and exercises to guide you. The essence of the Growth Session is to build trust, compassion, empathy, and connection.

We recommend allotting about 10-20 minutes each day to work on your lessons – but you can work at your own pace and on your own schedule. There are no grades, no assignments with deadlines, and no tests... Just a supportive learning space, ready for you to engage on your own schedule.

Who is Rebuild Your Relationship for?

Rebuild Your Relationship is not for partners who have recently discovered addiction or betrayal, and it’s not for partners who haven't been through a formal disclosure and are ready to begin working on rebuilding their connection.

Rebuild Your Relationship is for those who are committed to their relationship,  are actively working their own recovery, and have been through a formal disclosure. This Growth Session is for those who are ready to rebuild their emotional connection and improve empathy, vulnerability, and trust.
