As our schedules have slowed down over the past couple of months a lot of us are finding we have more downtime and more time to think. Time to be alone with our thoughts without our normal “busy-day” distractions. Emotionally, this has been difficult. We might find ourselves feeling stuck. Sitting in pain, worry, or stress.
So how do we live life more intentionally? How do we turn and face these emotions so that we can be more present? Have our normal “busy-day” schedules been an escape from facing reality or are minds playing tricks on us?
