Feeling shame about our body is a sensitive topic. It’s also a topic that we routinely receive questions about.

In this podcast episode, we discuss body shaming in our relationships. When we are betrayed in our relationship we’re quick blame ourselves. Because of the nature of sexual betrayal we often turn our attention to our bodies as not being good enough. The truth is that it’s not our fault. We are enough and we can change the damaging beliefs that we tell ourselves.
